Aeon2go Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms governing the use of the aeon2go platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the aeon2go platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and aeon2go as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The aeon2go platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on aeon2go. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts involved.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. aeon2go reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents for verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials.
Do not share your account details with any other party.
All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the aeon2go support team immediately.

Aeon2go reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates the terms of use, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to complete the required identity verification process.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

All aeon2go users are required to comply with the platform's usage rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform.
Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
Sharing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful to others.
Opening an account on behalf of another person without valid authorisation.

Aeon2go reserves the right to take action — including terminating accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities — upon detection of any violations.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All transactions on aeon2go are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports a range of local payment methods suited for Malaysian users.

Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a registered and verified account held in the same user's name.
Aeon2go is not liable for any delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.
Any fraudulent transaction attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities.
All completed transactions are final and non-reversible, except in circumstances that require further investigation by aeon2go.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate. aeon2go is not liable for any errors arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The aeon2go platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or downtime at any given moment.

Aeon2go shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

Technical disruptions or system maintenance that causes temporary loss of access.
Loss of data resulting from events beyond our control.
Game or betting outcomes that do not meet the user's expectations.

All content on the aeon2go platform — including logos, brand names, designs, text, and software — is the intellectual property of aeon2go or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use such content without prior written consent.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. aeon2go is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those external sites. Accessing third-party websites is done entirely at the user's own risk.

Amendments & Governing Law

Aeon2go reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the aeon2go platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
